I’m learning to drive at the moment- not long until I take the test, hopefully. The only thing is…well I dont exactly consider myself as particularly short, but every time I drive, I can’t actually see over the bumper so my instructor always puts a cushion on the chair so I’m higher.
The thing I don’t get though- is I’m pretty sure I’m taller than my instructor, but he doesn’t use a cushion! Why am I so low without one?
I really don’t get it lol.
This is a typical high back dining chair – no arm rests. The cushion is mounted on wood and it is the size of the chair and not meant to be removed. Somehow it came off and I don’t see how it was mounted. I don’t see any glue residue or anything like that. Is it OK to glue it on by gluing the underside of the seat cushion (wood) to the top of the chair rails? What kind of adhesive should I use?
Thanks.
The cushion itself is easily cleaned from wiping it down, but the material edgings have gotten filthy. Can these be put into the washing machine without ruining it? If so, how hot should the water be and what setting should I put the washing machine on?
